About this Package

To earn for your real estate license in Georgia, you need to complete 75 hours of pre-license training approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) and pass your state licensing exam.

As an GREC-approved online training provider, we created this Premium Package to prepare you for success in your new career. You'll get the mandatory required pre-license course, a complete exam prep course, and a free real estate math course to help you practice for the math part of your license exam. As a bonus, you'll also get a free class in client communications.

First, Pass Your Pre-License Training

GREC's mandatory pre-license course includes instruction time in required topics like:

  • Real Estate as a Career
  • Real Property Land Rights
  • Real Estate Valuation
  • Real Estate Agreements and Contracts
  • Deeds
  • Title Insurance
  • Environmental Considerations
  • Mortgage types and professionals
  • Types of Loans and the Lending Process
  • Market Analysis
  • Broker Management
  • License Law Violations and the Recovery Fund

GREC requires pre-license course finals to be monitored by a third party ("proctored") to make sure you're not cheating. You need a score of 75% or higher to pass.

After you pass, you'll be able to download a certificate of completion for your personal records. We'll also report your credits to GREC.

Then, Prepare for Your State License Exam

Our exam prep and math practice courses are designed to make sure you can walk into your license exam confident that you're prepared. Our condensed study guides focus your attention on the most relevant topics for the exam.

You can also take unlimited practice tests based on the format and topics of the official exam. You can learn from your wrong answers and use your practice test scores to judge your readiness for the real exam.
